My training continues almost every day. I
leave the house around 7:00 am for a five-minute trip to the local
fitness club. After a mandatory stretching session, I run 5 kilometers
(30 minutes), and work on a cross-trainer (30 minutes). Weight lifting
for lower and upper body conditioning takes another 30-45 minutes. After
such an extensive workout a hot tub is essential. I am home usually
around 10:00 am. Today I received a package from Jagged Globe confirming
the itinerary. The work on this web site is slowly progressing. I expect
to have the site operational by the end of this week.
I am planning to go cross-country skiing
at Hardwood Hills on Saturday. The weatherman calls for a sunny and warm
day.
